Step 2 - Shop online


Simply click through via our link to the store's website and select all the items you want and proceed to the payment area. Use our fulfilment house address as your billing / delivery address to complete your order:

If we're unable to do this automatically we'll ask you to send us documents to confirm your identity. Depending on the information you provide, we may issue you with a restricted or an unrestricted card. If we can't verify your identity, we may be unable to upgrade your membership.

  • To keep things simple, Rosewood Stores takes care of your import taxes and duties so there are no surprises when your order arrives. Local VAT will only be applied where applicable

Prohibited goods

  • Please note that there are Shiping restrictions on pharmaceuticals and furniture excluding soft furnishings and certain products containing alcohol. We are currently unable to dispatch orders containing prohibited imported goods outlined by government customs in some cases an additional charge may apply.

Some of eVoucher codes are reloadable (R) while some are non reloadable (NR) but you can use any balance remaining on your future online purchases

How to buy an eVoucher

  • Simply log in to your Rosewood Stores account and request or reload an eVoucher code for the store you want to shop at.

  • Decide how much value you want to request or reload from £20 - £2,000 and use your Rosewood Stores savings account balance to make a payment or pay as normal with a debit or credit card , bank deposit or Paypal.

  • Once payment is cleared, an eVoucher code and pin with relevant funds will be delivered to your registered email address within 48 hours. Find out more about fees & conditions

How to use an eVoucher

  • Shop online as you as usual at participating stores and once you have selected all the items you want from the partner store's website, navigate straight to the checkout page

  • In the payment section, select "Gift card" or "Gift Vouchers" and simply enter the long eVoucher code number and pin in the fields provided and a part payment or full payment will automatically be deducted from your eVoucher.

  • You can use any balance remaining next time you are shopping online at participating stores or you can request or reload with additional value at any time to make sure you have sufficient funds available for your shopping if you are planning on making a payment with an eVoucher.



How to check the balance on your eVoucher

Simply visit the partner store's website anytime and navigate to the "Gift card " or "Gift Vouchers " check balance enquiry page.

Enter your eVoucher code and the pin number you have received and the balance on the eVoucher will be displayed accordingly. You can also email our customer service at service@rosewoodstores.com or call us on + 44 (0) 20 7 1833 675 between 9am and 6pm, Mondays to Saturdays if you need any help.

In most cases, you will be sent guideline information's on how to check your balance when you request or reload an eVoucher.

Rosewood Membership account

  • Standard : Savings account - Free

  • Premium : Rosewood PAY account - £30 per annum




eVoucher

  • Every time you buy an eVoucher a minimum service charge of £5 to a maximum of £200 is required depending on how much value you purchase

  • Once payment is cleared, an eVoucher will be sent to your registered email address or your existing eVoucher code will be reloaded with relevant value within 48 hours.


International delivery

  • Our Standard service requires a minimum service charge of £20 to a maximum of 12.5% if order is valued above £300. Your goods will be delivered within 4 - 7 working days from the day we receive your order.

  • Our Express Service requires a minimum service charge of £40 to a maximum of 17.5% if order is valued above £300. Your goods will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days from the day we receive your order.


Personal shopping

  • This service is completely free for all Rosewood Stores members

  • A minimum spend of £100 is required

Direct Debit

Direct debit allows the amount of your invoice to be automatically deducted from your company's or personal bank account in the same way you can opt to pay your utility bills at home.

Direct Debit is safe and convenient and payment is deducted from your account on the date you set with your bank and payment is automatic.

The efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society. This method of payment is ideal for regular online shoppers.
